Price Escalation:

The price quoted is based on the present day cost to us of materials,

bought-out parts and components.

Any increase in their cost will be added to the agreed contract price and

will be payable by the Purchaser against presentation of our invoices.

Payments Terms:

40% of the order value as security deposit along with the order and balance 60% plus

all statutory taxes and levies as applicable at the time of supply shall be payable

against proforma invoice prior to despatch. All payments should be made by means

of a bank draft taken out in the name of the company. All payments are

non-refundable and non-interest bearing.
